To achieve this, we are going above and beyond the basic environmental protection measures that are mandated by Local, State, and Federal regulations through:
Assessment of impacts to not only the US Fish & Wildlife Service Threatened & Endangered Listed-Species, but the evaluation of impacts to the wildlife listed as Sensitive Species by the local US Forest Service
Identification, development and planned implementation of various ecosystem enhancement measures in cooperation with local wildlife / environmental protection agencies
Development and inclusion of long-term environmental protection / mitigation measures in the Moose Creek Estates Deed Restrictions
Establishment of a homeowner's association committee, whose responsibilities will include the implementation of these environmental protection / mitigation measures at Moose Creek Estates in years to come
